One thing I try not to do when I have a cold is to rely on medicine. I typically try to go natural and just let the
nose cold run its course! A couple weeks ago, I had a cold that turned into a sinus infection. It suddenly occurred to me that a humidifier might be just what I needed to help relieve my nasal congestion without the need for medicine. During this most recent illness, I had one night of the 'chills'. I simply could NOT get warm. I kept wishing that I could huddle next to a fire or, second best, a space heater.
